Henan Huibo Medical Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred as to ”HBM” (Stock Code 838460), was established in 2004 with a registered capital of 98 million CNY and covers an area of 120,000 square meters. It is a national high and new technology enterprise encompassing the R&D, production, and sales of medical dressings, medical masks, and intelligent rehabilitation equipments. HBM currently has 3 production bases , 4 provincial level R&D platforms, and 17 subsidiaries – including one scientific research company located in Belgium specializing in the R & D of intelligent rehabilitation robots. We have certifications complying with standards such as ISO 13485, EU CE, and TUV, SGS. The company holds 238 domestic patents and 4 PCT international patent protections, and successfully passed the intellectual property management system certification.
HBM has 1500 employees, whose average age is around 31 years old. We have a team of professional talents with a wide range of experiences in product R&D, quality control, clinical verification, market development and business management, etc. HBM now has more than 2600 distributors across the globe to serve thousands of top hospitals. It is part of HBM’s core values to be customer-centric and continuously improve our service standards and capabilities. Our products have been exported to more than 65 countries and regions, such as Germany, South Korea, the US, the UK, India, Russia, and so on. During the COVID-19 epidemic, HBM donated nearly 40 million yuan’s worth of masks, disposable hand sanitizer, environmental disinfectants, and other epidemic prevention and control necessities to those in need.
HBM has R&D centres in Brussels, Zhengzhou, and Nanyang, and invests more than 10% of its revenue in scientific development.
